The Young African Leaders Survey

African youth have been a hot topic of conversation around the world.  Politicians, economists, business people and scholars in every continent are talking about Africa's growing youth population and what this demographic shift means for development in the continent.  But we want to hear from YOU!  We want to learn what you think are the biggest issues facing Africa and the role that you have played and hope to play in addressing them.

This short survey is the first stage of the study and collects background information on young African leaders. It will take 10-15 minutes to complete. The second stage will consist of follow-up interviews where we will ask you to share more details about your leadership experiences.
